Land and buildings

At the beginning of the game, players should focus on developing technology. Once they have transport technology after entering the agricultural era, they will unlock exploration gameplay.

Players can send their CaCha to explore new continents. There are nine planets with a fixed number of land units on each continent. Evo Surfers rewards players who explore new continents with numerous land units. Players can sell newly acquired land units or construct various types of buildings for different purposes. Players who do not own land property can rent or cooperate with a land property owner to participate in activities revolving around land and buildings. However, there is a rental fee that players must pay to the owner.
